Drawingnightmare featured in a Japanese artbook, for sale at Comiket – Japan!
When I was studying in Japan I met some very talented aspiring concept art students. They wanted to create an artbook to sell at Comiket, the worlds largest comic/manga and illustration event. We’ve visited Comiket and it is HUGE. Hundreds of thousands of people selling their own artwork, very inspiring. I wish we had a drawing scene that large and enthusiastic here. So many new and cool ideas there…
We were asked to participate in the book, which of course was an awesome opportunity, as it’s very difficult to get into Comiket. It is for sale at this winter’s Comiket for 500 yen, if you happen to be there!
It’s cool that they gave the book the name “Toekomst”, meaning future in Dutch 
. The bottom picture is mine, and the second one is Marthes. Take a look at the sites of the other artists too! They have some really good work:
